At 1,500 seats, this was relatively large for a high school auditorium. We designed a balcony to keep the floor area as small as possible, and by doing so brought the side walls closer together. We used canted walls and carefully angled overhead reflectors to provide early reflections to the seating area, particularly to the balcony and under-balcony spaces, giving a more intimate feel to this larger space. The overhead reflectors were coordinated with a full catwalk system. The auditorium has a full fly space with flown-in overhead reflectors and roll-up side reflector towers.
